King's Sport & Wellness Energiser Request Form
Let King’s Sport & Wellness energise your team meeting, class or event. Whether its mindfulness, a seated stretch, or a pulse raiser, we’ve got you covered. This is a free service offered to staff and student groups, delivered by a trained King's Sport & Wellness Coach.
Sessions are 10-15 minutes long, no experience or equipment is needed, and you can sign up as many times as you wish.

Meet. Move. Motivate
What is it?
Meet Move Motivate is a wellbeing initiative created by King’s Sport & Wellness which offers a space for social connection, physical activity and wellness practices, all in one event. Aimed at student and staff groups.
How does it work?
Each session consists of a 30-minute to 1-hour inclusive physical activity session led by a King’s Sport & Wellness instructor, followed by a micro wellness workshop lasting up to 30 minutes, delivered whilst participants enjoy refreshments and snacks.
Participants will then have the opportunity to socialise with peers and ask the workshop facilitator any follow-up questions.

Our newly opened Sport & Wellness Centre offers free weekly sessions for all in the King’s Community. Sessions range from Sports Massage, Physiotherapy consultations to Mindfulness and Journaling sessions.
