Led by Chris, a professional trainer from KONGNER GYM, this workshop will help you gain a deeper understanding of the fundamental knowledge and principles of fitness, laying a solid foundation for your health and training.
Workshop Content:
Principles and Fundamentals of Exercise: Learn how to develop an effective fitness program, understand the basic scientific theories of exercise, and enhance your training results.Basic Knowledge of human muscle and bone structure: Understand how muscles and bones work in different body parts to avoid unnecessary injuries during exercise.Introduction to Healthy and Balanced Diet Principles: Learn how to support your fitness goals by eating right and balancing your nutrition to promote total body health.Additionally, we have set up a Q&A session where you can ask questions based on your specific conditions and get simple, customized fitness advice.
