摘要

基于全国266所本科高校94 361名大学生的调查数据,以压力认知评价理论为框架分析学业压力源对压力反应的影响,及其受学业自我效能感与压力应对方式的单独和联合调节作用。结果表明:学业压力源正向影响压力反应;学业自我效能感对压力源与压力反应关系具有缓冲效应;积极压力应对方式对压力源与压力反应关系具有缓冲效应,而消极压力应对方式对学业压力源与压力反应关系具有加强效应;学业自我效能感和消极压力应对方式对学业压力源与压力反应关系具有联合调节效应。研究结果揭示了压力反应的复杂形成机制,并为减轻大学生学业压力、促进心理健康提供了实践指引。

Abstract

The present study surveyed 94 361 students from 266 universities and applied the cognitive appraisal theory to analyze the impact of academic stressor on strain, as well as the separate and joint moderating effects of academic self-efficacy and stress coping strategy on this stressor-strain relationship. Results showed that academic stressor positively predicts strain; academic self-efficacy buffers the relationship between academic stressor and strain; positive stress coping strategy buffers the stressor-strain relationship, but negative stress coping strategy intensifies this relationship; and academic self-efficacy and negative stress coping strategy have joint moderating effects on this relationship. The findings reveal complex mechanism of strain and provide practical guidance for reducing students’ academic stress and promoting their mental health.
