“互联网+医疗健康”背景下“健康辽宁影像云”平台的搭建与应用实践
在“互联网+医疗健康”背景下,通过搭建“健康辽宁影像云”平台,实现影像检查数据的互联互通和检查结果的共享互认,对深化医疗体制改革,落实分级诊疗制度,促进优质医疗资源下沉具有重要意义。文章运用成本核算法对Z医院开展“健康辽宁影像云”项目的应用效果进行分析,结果显示影像云服务可以节约医疗成本,减轻患者就医负担。
Abstract
Under the background of “Internet plus healthcare”, the construction of “Healthy Liaoning Image Cloud” platform realizes the interconnection of imageological examination data and the sharing and mutual recognition of check-up results, which is of great significance for deepening the reform of medical system, implementing the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system, and promoting the sinking of high-quality medical resources. This paper uses cost-benefit analysis to analyze the application effect of the “Healthy Liaoning Image Cloud” project carried out by Z hospital, and the results show that image cloud services can save medical costs and reduce the burden of medical treatment for patients.
