慢性病患者疾病管理中自我调节相关研究进展
摘要： 自我调节是慢性病患者疾病自我管理的关键变量,影响患者健康行为的建立。综述慢性病患者自我调节的相关理论、测评工具、影响因素及干预措施,旨在加强国内研究者对慢性病患者自我调节的关注,并通过提升自我调节水平帮助慢性病患者进行有效的疾病自我管理,为后续研究提供参考。

Abstract: Self-regulation is a key variable of disease self-management in patients with chronic diseases and influences the establishment of health behaviors. This article reviews the related theories, assessment tools, influencing factors, and interventions of self-regulation in patients with chronic diseases, aiming to enhance the attention of domestic researchers to self-regulation in patients with chronic diseases and help patients to manage their diseases effectively by improving the level of self-regulation and provide reference for future research.
