Weekly Wellness Programs
Each week during the academic term, the Student Health center offers in-person or mixed-mode wellness programs, open to all students. This includes:
Lunch and Learn interactive workshops, where medical and mental health professionals share their knowledge about a variety of topics most relevant for students.Weekly Guided Meditation where students can practice a variety of effective mindfulness techniques to help reduce stress, improve focus, and boost your mood.Singing Bowls have been used throughout history as a way to relax, relieve stress, and promote harmony in the body. We are happy to offer this sound healing session with singing bowls and a variety of other instruments that represent natural, soothing sounds from nature. Small Group Workshops to build knowledge and skills for range of topics including procrastination, sleep habits, art therapy, anxiety, and sexual health.Calm Corner De-stress Space
Sexual Health Resources
Sexual health is a state of physical, mental and social well-being in relation to sexuality. It requires a positive and respectful approach to sexuality and sexual relationships, as well as the possibility of having pleasurable and safe sexual experience, free of coercion, discrimination and violence.
