When mentioning an article I read from the internet about a healthy lifestyle, it reminds me of an article I read on Weibo, which was about how we could stay protected and avoid infection during the outbreak of the novel coronavirus. The article suggests us to stay at home and try to avoid large crowds if possible. If we have to go out, we should wear a mask to avoid the spread of germs. While staying at home, we should still take good care of ourselves. For example, we should pay close attention to our personal hygiene like washing hands with soap. Also, it’s necessary to ensure that spaces that we are residing in have good indoor ventilation, maintaining indoor air quality. Last but not least, don’t spend most of the day in bed, try to exercise on a regular basis to maintain good physical health.
Since the beginning of 2020, our whole country was suffering from the outbreak of the novel coronavirus. Fortunately, things are looking up now. However, we could still never treat this issue lightly as the coronavirus has spread across the world. Therefore, each of us should continue to follow the above tips and protect ourselves.
