The"Mediterranean Diet"has gained popularity as a healthy eating plan in recent years.Therefore,does China have a localized,healthy diet?Zhejiang Province,Jiangsu Province,and Guangdong Province are the representatives of the "Oriental Healthy Diet Mode"in the south of the Yangtze River and southeast coastline regions of China, which is close to the balanced diet recommended by experts.The diet of all the above regions is characterized byvariety,insipidity,abundance of fruits,vegetables,bean products,aquatic products including fish,shrimp,etc.,and daily dairy products.Furthermore,residents in this region have high levels of physical activity.
