Present Situation and Strategy of Physique Health of Students in Taiyuan Higher Vocational Colleges
Abstract: In this paper, based on the relevant data of the national college students' physical health test from 2016 to 2019, the students' physical health in Taiyuan vocational colleges were studied to understand the law and trend of its development and change, and to provide some ideas for the research of physical science. The results show that :(1) the overall physical health level of female students in higher vocational colleges is lower than that of male students, but the physical health of male students has a downward trend. (2) In terms of taking part in physical exercise, boys are significantly higher than girls in terms of time, intensity and frequency. (3) Students' physical health is affected by their lack of good living and exercise habits, uneven distribution of physical education hours, and lack of good venues and equipment in schools.
