父母关系和亲子沟通对初中生心理健康状况的影响
中国学校卫生 2011年 1月第 32 卷第 1期 C h in J S ch H ealth, January 2011, V o.l 32, N o. 1 53 心理卫生 父母关系及亲子沟通对初中生心理健康状况的影响 1 1 1 2 1 1. 华中科技大学同济医学院公共卫生学院儿少卫生与妇幼保健学系, 湖北 武汉 430030; 2. 同济医学院附属中学 摘要 目的 探讨父母关系及亲子沟通对初中生心理健康的影响及影响内容, 为改善初中生心理健康状况 提供依据。方法 采用 分层随机抽样法抽取武汉市 8 所初级中学的 3 598名学生作为研究对象, 采用心理健康诊断测验量表 ( M HT量表 )及 自编量表进行 问卷调 查。结果 初中生心理问题的阳性率为 23. 93% , 具有和谐父母关系的学生与不和谐父母关系的学生、良好亲子沟通 的学生与不良 亲子沟 通的学生在学习焦虑、对人焦虑、孤独倾向、过敏倾向、身体症??、恐怖倾向、冲动倾向的因子得分及 MHT总分差异均有统计学意义 ( P 值均 0. 05)。结论 初中生的心理健康问题的阳性率较高, 迫切需要心理援助和心 理健康教 育。 不和谐的 父母关系、缺乏正常 的亲子交 流可 能是青少年心理问题的重要危险因素。 关键词 亲子关系; 精神卫生; 学生; 对比研究 中图分类号 R 395. 6 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1000 9817 ( 2011 ) 01 0053 02 Survey on the im pact of parents rela tionship and parent child comm unication on m enta l hea lth sta tus of junior m iddle schoo l students / K ON G Jin w ang, L IAN G X iu yun, M EN G X ian, et a l.
