茶业风云——茶多酚
摘要：
茶多酚是普洱茶中的主要活性物质，在抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗氧化以及老年性心脑血管疾病的防治等方面发挥着重要的作用。本文以微小说的形式，通过浅显易懂的语言和扣人心弦的情节描述了茶多酚的基本性质、生理功能以及生产工艺对茶多酚含量的影响。

Abstract:
Tea polyphenols are the main active substances in pu-erh tea. They play an important role in anti-tumor, anti-virus, and antioxidant activity, as well as preventing senile cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. In this paper, we, in a hint fiction, introduced the basic properties, physiological functions of tea polyphenols and described the effect of production technology on the content of tea polyphenols.
