回顾 | 杭州中心：悦读历史文化、健康分享会

On December 7, AmCham Shanghai's Hangzhou Center held a cultural session on health and literature at Pfizer's Hangzhou office with two distinguished guest speakers. First, Qingsheng Zhao, author and member of both the Chinese Writers Association and the Zhejiang Writers Association, shared his cultural and historical prose collection in his book "The Great Road Chang'an".

Ye Zhen, Professor of Internal Medicine, Chief Physician and Director of Zhejiang Zhijiang Life and Health Institute, shared his insights on common health issues and diseases, including the prevention and treatment of diabetes.

During the Q&A session, the guests actively participated in discussions based on the topics discussed during the event.

12月7日下午，上海美国商会杭州中心在辉瑞会议室举办了一场悦读历史文化、健康分享会。活动首先由文史作家、中国作家协会会员、浙江省作家协会会员赵庆胜老师分享他的著作《大道长安》，讲述了唐朝时期，长安古都的辉煌历史。紧接着，内科学教授、主任医师、博士生导师、浙江之江生命健康研究院叶真院长聚焦当下备受瞩目的健康话题，讲解了影响健康的关键因素及糖尿病防治知识，并强调了日常保健与疾病预防的重要性。

问答环节中，嘉宾积极参与讨论，加深了对历史文化和健康的认识，表示受益匪浅。
