健康教育护理干预对老年维持性血液透析相关并发症效果评价
健康教育护理干预对老年维持性血液透析相关并发症的效果评价 【摘要】 目的：探讨健康教育护理应用于老年维持性血液透析相关并发症的临床效果。方法：选取笔者所在科38例维持性血液透析患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组、观察组。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上给予健康教育护理。结果：两组患者血液透析后，心律失常、心衰、高血压、低血压的发生率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者的自我护理能力强于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者的健康知识知晓率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：老年维持性血液透析患者的病情复杂，并发症多，在常规护理的基础上进行健康教育，有助于降低患者并发症发生率，提高患者的自护能力和生活质量。 【关键词】 健康教育； 老年； 维持性血液透析 doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.29.044 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）29-0089-02 Effect of Health Education Nursing Intervention on Senile Maintenance Hemodialysis Complicated Complications/YAO Qin.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（29）：89-90 【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical effect of health education nursing care in elderly patients with maintenance hemodialysis related complications.Method：38 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given routine care，the observation group was given health education care based on the routine care.Result：Compared with the incidence of postoperative hemodialysis complication such as arrhythmia，heart failure，hypertension and hypotension，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The self-care ability of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P0.05）；the awareness rate of health knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The condition of elderly maintenance hemodialysis patients is complicated and has more complications.Using the health education on the basis of routine nursing，is helpful to reduce the incidence of complications and improve the self-care ability of patients and the quality of life of patients. 【Key words】 Health education； Old age； Maintenance hemodialysis First-author’s address：Rudong County People’s Hospital，Rudong 226400，China 维持性血液透析是通过血液和透析液在透析膜两侧的流动，清除血液内的代谢废物，调节机体的水、电解质及酸碱平衡，是挽救患者生命，延长尿毒症患者生
