摘要
摘要: 母乳是一种适应后代需求、特质成分丰富的乳液,直接影响婴儿的生长发育。母乳成分包括三大营养素(蛋白质、脂肪和碳水化合物)、矿物质、维生素以及各种生物活性物质等。在对母乳成分不断的探究中,最新研究发现人乳中可杀死肿瘤细胞的人α-乳清蛋白(humanα-lactalbumin made lethal to tumor cells,HAMLET);乳脂球膜(milk fat globule membrane,MFGM)对婴儿免疫系统发育和肠道健康有所帮助,更加证实了人乳的不可替代性。人乳成分的研究为母乳喂养及疾病研究提供了依据并具有指导意义。
Abstract: Human milk is a biological fluid with complicated components. The quality of human milk is adaptable to the needs of the offspring. It has a direct impact on their body developments. Human milk composition consists of three major nutrients (proteins, fats and carbohydrates), minerals (micronutrients) and vitamins and numerous biological active substance. The advanced research found that the structure human α-lactalbumin made lethal to tumor cells (HAMLET) has a function as the cancer cells killer, and milk fat globule membrane (MFGM) plays an important role in the developments of immune system and intestinal health of the infants, which improves the essential and irreplaceable quality of the human milk. Present studies of components of maternal milk will help to provide the basis for breastfeeding and evidence for guidance and future research.
