摘要

摘要:医患关系一直是学术界关注的热点,如何有效化解当今复杂的医患关系引人深思,力求以古窥今从古典文学作品中寻求新解。古典文学作品中求医问药的叙事很常见,并且其笔墨重点在诊察和治疗方面,极少有对医生与患者关系的系统分析。因而精选部分古典文学作品中的涉医情节进行梳理,以美国学者提出了医患关系的三种模型:主动-被动、引导-合作和共同参与为底本,将其三种模型本土化为:失语式:权威-信服型;感悟式:参与-配合型;质疑式:提问-对抗型,旨在为当代医生寻求缓解医患矛盾的从医之道。

Abstract:The topic of the doctor-patient relationship has always been a hot spot in academic circles.How to effectively dissolve the complex doctor-patient relationship is very thought-provoking.This paper tries to seek a new explanation from Chinese classical literature.In Chinese classical literature,the medical stories focused on the diagnosis and treatment are very common.There was little systematic analysis of the relationship between doctors and patients.Therefore,this article presents the plots of the medical treatment selected from the classical literary works,taking three modes of physicianpatient relationship proposed by American scholars as the original versions,including active-passive mode,guidancecooperation mode and mutual participation mode.Then it summarizes the doctor-patient relationship into three modes,that are aphemic type:authoritative-convinced mode;apperceptive type:participating-cooperating mode;and questioning type:asking-confronting mode,aiming to seek a solution to ease the contradiction between doctors and patients for the contemporary doctors.
