PAGE 23 跨境电商视角下进口母婴产品的消费者行为分析 摘 要 目前,中国已经开放二胎政策。生育政策的改变,母婴产品的消费结构在不断地升级,育儿观念的转变,这将会带动母婴市场相关产业的发展。同时,随着互联网的发展和经济全球化的不断加深,消费者购物满足自身需求的方式愈发多样化,随之而来便有跨境电商平台的出现。当前,越来越多的消费者选择跨境电商平台购买母婴产品,对于这样的一个现象,其背后的原因和影响以及有关跨境电商的发展都值得进一步研究。当前80后90后的父母,具有前卫的消费观念和追求高品质的消费特征。这类消费群体具有复杂的消费心理特征,如果平台能够深入了解并把握,能够更好地制定营销方案,更好地销售产品。 本文首先就研究背景、意义以及目标作一个简要的阐述,其次分析进口母婴产品以及消费者行为现状。近年,跨境电商交易规模在扩大,与此同时进口母婴产品金额也逐步增加,母婴产品进口需求大。进口母婴产品的价格跨度大,产品种类多,购买渠道多样化能够满足不同消费者的需求。在了解进口母婴产品消费行为特征后,进一步了解消费者对产品的评价。将搜集的评论,运用内容分析法结合李克特量表,对评论进行编码以及评分。进一步了解消费者对平台、品牌、物流效率、价格、质量的评价。 通过分析消费者的评价,结合具体案例,为提升跨境电商母婴产品的营销服务的质量,增强消费者的体验提出以下建议:政府方面要加强进口母婴产品的监管力度并完善检查与监督制度,有效利用大数据对产品进行检查与监督,促进进口母婴市场健康稳定的发展;平台方面要严格把控产品的来源,在同质化竞争的环境下要提供定制化的服务才能脱颖而出,正视差评并且跟进售后问题,优化消费者的消费体验;生产者应注重自己的口碑并且建立良好的消费者信任。 关键词:跨境电商;母婴产品;消费者行为分析 Consumer behavior analysis of imported maternal and infant products from the perspective of cross-border e-commerce Abstract At present, China has implemented the two-child policy. At present, more and more consumers buy imported maternal and infant products on cross-border e-commerce platforms. As for such a phenomenon, I study its causes, impacts and the development of cross-border maternal and child market.
