Embodied Women’s Circle
This embodied women’s circle facilitates the intuitive wisdom of our mind, body and breath to re-connect, nurture and embrace: both to ourselves and to one another. The circles are open to all women, regardless of background. The structure of each session will vary each month, but will include connection-based elements such as meditation, creative art, breathwork, sharing as a group, therapeutic and creative exercises in small groups or pairs, and yoga, dance or movement (no experience or fitness level necessary, but wear clothes you’re comfortable to move in). The circle offers space for women to connect, share, grow, and reflect in a safe, nourishing, and non-judgemental environment. The aim of the circles is to facilitate self-inquiry about how we relate to ourselves, each other and the wider world, and to learn from one another and lift each other up.
