工作职责： 1） Oversee solution designs for the platform and ensure consistency of solutions. 2） Ensure design provides a solution to the functional and non-functional requirements (eg. Cybersecurity, performance, entitlement…) and all deviations formally documented and agreed with appropriate parties. 3）Define solutions by designing proposed systems with attention to system integration, scalability, feasibility and support Client ambition to automate all deployments/testings; eg. defining microservices physical structure and functional capabilities, security, and recovery specifications. 4） Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interface of desired product. 5） Maintain performance by identifying and resolving production and application development problems; calculating optimum values for parameters; evaluating, integrating, and installing new releases; completing maintenance; answering user questions； 6） Provide support by coding utilities, champion adoption of industry best practices within the engineering team. 7）Defines and implements a sustainable operating model for technical activities in Technology teams, business teams, which is aligned with the DevOps target operating model, ensuring that interfaces and responsibilities areboss clearly defined and understood. 8）Demonstrate leadership on Regulatory & Compliance matters. Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting in accordance. 任职资格： 1）12+ years of total experience in IT and at least 3 years’ experience as Technical Lead or Architect with experience in managing distributed teams. 2） Experience with analysing requirements and providing fit for purpose solution designs following best architecture practices. 3）Effective communication skills, graphical, written and verbal for technical and non-technical audiences. 4） Experience in Architecture, Design, and Implementation of global, highly scalable, highly availab来自BOSS直聘le, Cloud services and solutions. 5）Experienced with Java, modern development frameworks and development CI/CD pipelines and microservices architecture / Docker / Kubernetes 6） Experienced in designing internal/external APIs in secured manner in cloud and in on-prem 直聘environments (e.g. with Kong runtime) 7） Experience in applying the BOSS直聘right design patterns for cloud and hybrid architecture (e.g. GCP, AWS, Azure) 8）Experience on designing integration直聘s using technologies like Kafka, Pub/Sub, REST, message queues. The successful candidate will also meet the following requirements: (Good to have Requirements) 9）Experienced to coach the engineering team to follow technical guidance and best-practices 10）Ability to manage proof of concepts, exploratory projects to identify, evaluate and eventually adopt most suitable solutions 11） Experience to build high level proposal (eg. Clear Choice) and articulate the pros and cons, in Business term, to ensure conscious decisions are made 12） Experience with agile methods, along with having found their limitations and ways to overcome them.
