PAGE 28 年产5000吨绿茶饮料生产车间工艺设计摘要绿茶是我国主要茶类之一，是未经发酵制成的茶，保留了鲜叶的天然物质，含有丰富的茶多酚、儿茶素、叶绿素、咖啡碱、氨基酸、维生素等营养成分。本设计是年产5000吨绿茶饮料生产车间工艺设计，设计对绿茶饮料浸提工艺方式进行研究和比对，通过选用合适的浸提方式，优化改良了绿茶饮料的生产工艺，确定了设计路线。通过物料衡算对产品进行设备选型。并对全厂进行平面规划设计，合理化安排生产，绘制了对应的设备流程图、工厂平面图以及车间布置图。最后对成本和收益进行了估算。关键词：绿茶饮料；浸提；工厂设计 Annual output of 5000 ton green tea drinks process design for production workshop Abstract Green tea is one of the main teas in our country, which is made without fermentation.
