摘要
目的 探索慢性病患者健康素养量表的信效度。方法 对澳大利亚墨尔本大学Jordan教授等编制的Health Literacy Management Scale(HeLMS)量表进行翻译和修改,将原量表中明显不符合中国文化习惯的条目予以修改,有重复的条目保留一条。最终保留了原量表29个条目中的28条。采用多阶段分层随机抽样的原则在上海市某区抽取430慢性病患者进行问卷调查。对问卷进行了内部一致性、重测信度、内容效度、因子分析等方法来研究量表的信效度。结果 量表的Cronbach’s α为0.894,问卷各维度的Cronbach’s α为0.857~0.940。重测信度Pearson相关系数为0.683,效标效度Spearman秩相关系数为0.240。因子分析的KMO值为0.887,生成4个公因子可解释68.25%的方差变异。结论 所编制的慢性病患者健康素养量表具有较好的信效度。
Abstract
Objective To explore the reliabililty and consistency of a health literacy scale for chronic patients.Methods We translated and revised the the Health Literacy Management Scale (HeLMS) which was established by professor Jordan in Melbourne University of Australia.Items that not conform to Chinese custom were revised,thus 28 items from the 29 original scale item was retained.Multistage stratified random sample was used to choose subjects in some district in Shanghai.The total subject number was 430.Internal consistency,test-retest reliability,content and construct validities were surveyed.Results The total Cronbach coefficient was 0.894,the dimension Cronbach coefficient was between 0.857-0.940.Test-retest reliability was 0.683, and criterion validity was 0.240.Kaisex-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) statistic in factor analysis was 0.887 and four common factors predicted 68.25% of the total variance.Conclusions The health literacy scale for chronic disease patients has a relatively good reliabililty and consistency.
