本发明公开了一种基于冬小麦的小蓝青稞人参果养生八宝粥及其制备方法，该八宝粥主要由以下质量份原料组成：小蓝青稞4份-5份、人参果3份-4份、麻豌豆2份-3份、冬小麦0.8份-1.6份、荞麦0.8份-1.6份、糯米4份-5份、黑米3份-4份、黑豆2份-3份。本发明在制作工艺上减少了原料的浸泡环节，节省了时间和成本，抑制了微生物的大量繁殖，提高了八宝粥成品的商业性和安全性。

The invention discloses winter wheat-based Xiaolan highland barley and ginseng fruit health-preservation mixed congee and a preparation method thereof. The mixed congee is mainly composed of the following raw materials in parts by mass: 4-5 parts of Xiaolan highland barley, 3-4 parts of ginseng fruits, 2-3 parts of spotted colored peas, 0.8-1.6 parts of winter wheat, 0.8-1.6 parts of buckwheat, 4-5 parts of glutinous rice, 3-4 parts of black rice and 2-3 parts of black beans. According to the winter wheat-based Xiaolan highland barley and ginseng fruit health-preservation mixed congee and thepreparation method thereof, a soaking link of the raw materials is reduced in the preparation process, so time and cost are saved, mass microbial reproduction is inhibited and the commerciality and safety of the mixed congee finished product are improved.
