Objective:To explore the expression of the CXC chemokine receptor-4(CXCR4) and CC chemokine receptor-7(CCR7)in cervical cancer and its significance.Methods:Sixty-nine cases with cervical cancer specimens were collected as observation group, twenty cases of normal cervical tissues were collected as control group, then to analyze the expressions of CXCR4 and CCR7 in the two groups by immunohistochemical, differences of expression in its different clinical and pathological features. Results:The expression positive rates of CXCR4 and CCR7 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The expression of CXCR4 was closely related to lymph node metastasis in patients with cervical cancer, but was not related to FIGO staging in patients with cervical cancer, tumor size, depth of myometrial invasion, lymph node metastasis and so on.Conclusion:CXCR4 and CCR7 play an important role in abnormal expression in patients with cervical cancer.
