摘要:世界卫生组织并没有提出"道德健康"一词，从未将"道德健康"视为健康的组成部分。"道德健康"这一概念及其相关主张源于以下四个方面的错误认识：（1）将"道德"这一健康的影响因素误认为是健康的构成维度；（2）将不道德行为与容易由此引发的疾病混为一谈；（3）将某些疾病的症状表现误判为患病者的不道德行为；（4）将某些疾病的诊断标准误读为患者的不道德行为。"健康道德"是完全不同于"道德健康"的另一个概念，"健康道德"有着重要的理论和现实意义。

Abstract:The World Health Organization (WHO) has not proposed the concept of "moral health", and never regarded "moral health" as a determenent of health. The concept of "moral health" and its related propositions stem from the following four misconceptions:(1) mistaking the morality which influences health as the componential dimension of health; (2) confusing the immoral behavior with diseases which are caused by immoral behaviors; (3) misjudging the symptoms of some diseases as the patient's immoral behaviors; (4) misreading the diagnostic criteria for some diseases as the patient's immoral behaviors. The concept of "health morality" is completely different from the concept of "moral health", which has important theoretical and practical significances.
