Total Body Strength is a no-equipment strength and tone oriented program with a heavy focus on functional fitness. It’s designed to help you add muscle mass, improve muscle tone and increase muscle definition all over your body. It will also level up your life making everyday tasks much easier to manage and complete. The routines will also build and enhance your endurance, tendon strength, balance and coordination, too.
The program is circuit training based and includes basic exercises and combination so it is still suitable for beginners despite being a Level 4 program. It doesn’t include high impact exercise like jumps of any kind so it can be done without making any noise. The program only includes classic push-ups with no variations. Every 4th day of the program is dedicated to ab work.
Additional Instructions: Whenever you see a “6+” sign next to a rep count, that’s the minimum number of reps you need to hit each time. Aim for 12 reps, if you can.
