Functional Medicine In Calgary and Kelowna

Prior to your first visit, you will complete a comprehensive health questionnaire that will assess many aspects of your health and lifestyle, including symptoms that you may be experiencing.  

Prior to your first visit, please review and fill out the comprehensive health questionnaire that will assess many aspects of your health and lifestyle and include symptoms that you may be experiencing. Once the form is completed please email it to GLO. 

You will then meet with Nurse Practitioner who will review the health questionnaire and assess your personal health goals. A health examination may be performed.  Additionally, labs may be ordered and may include blood, urine or saliva. A preliminary treatment plan will be initiated. This visit will be 60 minutes in length.

Once results are received, a follow-up visit will occur to review the lab testing. This visit will provide a more comprehensive individualized treatment plan to address your primary goals. This appointment may be 30-60 minutes in length. Follow up and support will be arranged after this on an individual basis.

There is no quick fix or magic pill, but there are treatment options available if you are ready to make a change. We offer a personalized approach to optimize health and vitality and help you realize your goals and reach your full potential.
