体重管理护理对超重或肥胖不孕症治疗的影响
【摘要】目的探究分析体重管理对超重或肥胖不孕症患者治疗的影响。方法选取于2021年1月至2021
年12月，在本中心治疗超重或肥胖（BMI≥25）的不孕症患者共102例，作为本次研究对象。采用随机数字分组
的方式，将102例患者随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规不孕症护理模式；观察组除常规不孕症护理
模式，同时对体重管理进行干预。对比分析两组的BMI指标、优势卵泡大小、子宫内膜厚度、妊娠率以及患者满
意度。结果观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论在对超重或肥胖不孕症患者进行干预的过程中，采用体重管理
护理模式进行干预，能够有效提升患者的满意度，同时能够改善患者的BMI指标、优卵泡大小、子宫内膜厚度、
妊娠率，在实际应用的过程中具有优良的效果，值得进一步的推广与应用。

andpatientsatisfactionwerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.ResultsTheobservationgroupwassuperiortothecontrol
group,P0.05.ConclusionIntheprocessofinterventionforoverweightorobeseinfertilitypatients,theuseofweight
managementandnursingmethodscaneffectivelyimprovepatientsatisfaction,andatthesametimecanimprove
patientsBMIindex,dominantbubblesize,endometrialthickness,pregnancyrate,intheprocessofpracticalapplication
hasagoodeffect,worthyoffurtherpromotionandapplication.
