健康管理专业人才市场需求和培养现状 赵芳，刘清峰 （上海健康 医学 院 健康信息技术与管理学 院 ，上海 20 13 18 ） 摘要：健康管理是最 近 20-30 年作 为一 门学科及行业在西方兴起并 日趋完善 的 ，在美 国等发达 国家 已相 当 流行 ，在我 国则 刚刚兴起 。经过 近十年来 的发展 ，我 国健康管理在学科体 系 、产业 实践 、队伍建设 和人才培养 等方 面 ，都取得 了长足 的进展 。但是 ，健康管理产业发展迅速但人才培养滞后 ，健康管理职业 与现行 的医疗卫 生政策与体 系存 在诸 多衔接不 良，健康管理理念先进但学术理论 与技术相对滞后 ，造成 了市场需求 和人才培养 的脱节 。本文从健康管理 的起源发展 、健康管理 的概念 ，专业人才市场需求 和培养现状等方 面进行 了分析 。 关键词：健康管理 ；市场需求 ；人才培养 Market Demand and Personnel Training on Health Management ZHAO Fang ，LIU Qing-feng (College of Information Technology and Management, ShanghaiUniversity of Medicine Health Sciences, Shanghai 201318, China) Abstract: In recent 20-30 years ，health management arose inthe West as a discipline and vocationand become increas- ingly perfect in the United States and other developed countries. Health management in China is just the rise. After nearly ten years of development ，China＇s health management in the discipline system ，industrial practice ，team building and personnel training ，have made considerableprogress. The development of health management industry rapidly but the talent training lag ， the current health policy and systemis not enough for health management career support. The concept of health management is advanced but the academic theory and technology is relatively backward. The above problems caused the market demand and personnel training out of touch.In this paper ，the origin and development of health management ，health management concept ， professional talent market demand and personnel training were analyzed.
