目的:考察工作母亲的心理灵活性在不同情境下对工作家庭平衡的作用机制。方法:采用接纳与行动问卷第二版、养育心理灵活性问卷、工作相关接纳与行动问卷、工作家庭平衡量表对580名工作母亲进行调查。结果:t检验和方差分析结果表明,工作母亲的工作家庭平衡水平在是否能弹性安排工作、是否能从家庭中获得情感支持以及不同等级的工作强度上呈现显著差异;相关分析结果显示,心理灵活性、工作相关心理灵活性、养育心理灵活性、工作家庭平衡两两之间相关显著;结构方程模型结果显示,心理灵活性对工作家庭平衡的直接效应显著,工作相关心理灵活性和养育心理灵活性在两者之间起多重中介作用。结论:通过提高心理灵活性和基于情境的具体心理灵活性,有利于提升工作母亲的工作家庭平衡水平。

Other Abstract

Objective: To explore the multiple mediating effects of work-related psychological flexibility and parental psychological flexibility between psychological flexibility and work-family balance of the working mothers. M2thOdS: A sample of 580 working mothers from China was recruited to complete questionnaires including Acceptance and Action (luestionnaire-2nd Edition, Parental Psychological Flexibility (luestionnaire, Work-related Acceptance and Action (luestionnaire and Work-Family Balance Scale. R2SUItS:① T-test and one-way ANOVA analyses found that the factors related to working flexibility, emotional support from family members and work intensity influenced the work-family balance significantly. ② Correlation analysis showed that psychological flexibility, work-related psychological flexibility, parental psychological flexibility and work-family balance were significantly corelated with each other. Structural equation modeling analysis indicated that psychological flexibility had a direct effect on working mothers’ work-family balance. The mediating effects of work- related psychological flexibility and parental psychological flexibility were significant. Conclusion: Through the enhancement of psychological flexibility and psychological flexibility haled on working and parenting contexts, working mothers’ work-family balance level can he improved.
