初中寄宿生师生关系现状及其教育对策 赵兰兰 安徽师范大学硕士学位论文 二 ○ 一四 年 四 月 本论文经答辩委员会全体委员审查，确认符合安徽师范大 学硕士学位论文质量要求。 答辩委员会签名: 主席:(工作单位、职称) 王传旭（安徽广播电视大学教授） 委员: 丁园园胡荣华方双虎龙文祥葛明贵 导师:桂守才 初中寄宿生师生关系现状及其教育对策 摘要 古今中外关于师生关系的研究不胜枚举，研究成果颇丰，师生关系在 教育教学过程中的重要性不言而喻。目前，针对寄宿生师生关系的具体 研究不多，在寄宿制办学模式不断发展壮大的今天，对寄宿生师生关系 的一系列问题需要我们去进行新的探索和深化研究，但从对寄宿制学校 研究的总体状况来看，寄宿生身上仍有很多问题亟待解决。研究主要涉 及两个概念：寄宿生和师生关系，寄宿生在本研究中就是指寄宿制学校 的学生；师生关系则是以教育教学活动为前提和目的的复杂人际关系。 本文在对初中寄宿生师生关系现状调查的基础上，探索了师生之间 出现问题的深层次原因，结合研究的结果分析，试图从宏观和微观两个 角度找到缓解教师和学生之间关系问题的方法和教育对策，以期通过二 者的协同努力构建出积极发展的、新型的初中寄宿生师生关系。 本研究主要结论如下： （1）初中寄宿生的师生关系状况总体较好，但有近十分之一的学生 的师生关系较为紧张； （2）初中寄宿生师生关系在性别、年级、学校所在地上都存在显著 的差异，并且女生好于男生，初一、初二年级好于初三，乡镇好于城市。 （3）寄宿制学校学生与非寄宿制学校学生在师生关系上也存在显 著的差异，且寄宿生好于非寄宿生。 关键词：初中寄宿生；师生关系；教育对策 I The Status of the Teacher-Student Relationship of the Junior Middle School Boarders and Educational Advices Abstract There are a lot of studies of the relationship between teachers and students at all times and in all places, and its research results is rich. We all know that the relationship between teachers and students in the education teaching process is very important. At present, the relationship between teachers and students of boarders dont have many specific studies. Along with the continuously development of boarding schools today, we should take new exploration and do deeper research about a series of problems between teachers and students of boarders. Our researchers still have a lot of problems about boarders that need to be solved from the perspective of the overall status of research on boarding schools. The study mainly involves two concepts, boarders and the relationship between teachers and students. Boarders is the students who come from boarding schools in this study. The relationship between teachers and students is a complex interpersonal relationship and it’s premise and objective is the educational and teaching activities.
