摘要
樱桃番茄俗称很多,又叫袖珍番茄、迷你番茄,是番茄大家族中的一员。果形有球形、洋梨形、醋粟形,果色有红色、粉色、黄色及橙色,其中以红色栽培居多,由于它远远看上去像一颗颗樱桃,故此得名樱桃番茄。樱桃番茄是一种非常好的保健营养食品,尤其适合现在人们追求天然和健康的潮流。樱桃番茄外观玲珑可爱,含糖度很高,约7~8度,口味香甜鲜美,风味独特。
无土栽培是指不用土壤而用营养液和其他设备栽培植物的方法。溶液培养(简称水培),是最早得到应用的一种无土栽培。无土栽培的优点主要是:缩短植物的生长发育周期,克服土地上连续栽种对植物造成的不利影响,充分利用水分和养分,产品产量高、品质好、污染少等,所以,无土栽培在农业生产上具有广阔的发展前景。
