中国大学生方程式赛车进、排气系统设计 摘要 本文以中国大学生方程式大赛为基础进行赛车的进排气设计，设计包括赛车进气系统和排气系统，并对赛车具体布置提供合理方案，最后对进气排气系统进行改进。 首先介绍了跟赛车进排气布置有关的相关理论以及国内外的研究现状，为赛车总体设计定下合理的目标，建立相关的设计规则。然后对赛车进排气系统建模、确定布置方案，目标是提高赛车在赛道上的表现。 本文的重点是进气排气系统的建模与实物制作，运用GT-Power对单缸汽油机进行数值模拟，模拟发动机的动力输出，为分析进排气效率提供数据依据，最终制作并安装满足大赛要求的进气排气系统。 关键词：FSC赛车，进、排气系统，发动机，建模 FSC intake and Exhaust system design Abstract In this paper, we design the intake and exhaust system according to Chinese Formula Student competition , including the design of the intake system and exhaust system , and providing a reasonable solution to racing specific arrangement , and finally to improve intake and exhaust systems. First introduced the arrangement of the intake and exhaust racing theory and research on the status of domestic and abroad,and setting the over all design of the car reasonable goals,establishing relevant design rules.Then modeled the exhaust system to determine the layout plan, the goal is to improve the performance of the car on the track. This article focuses on intake and exha the GT-Power simulation of gasoline engine and output power providing the basis for the analysis of the data of intake and exhaust efficiency, and ultimately produced and installed to meet the contest requirements.
