Do morning exercise every day. 2. Eat healthy food every day. 3. Be happy every day. 4. Drink lots of water every day 5. Go to bed and get up early. Step 2: New words and expressions Use the pictures to teach some new words and expressions. Step 3: Fast reading Read the passage quickly and find out the correct pictures.
