移动健康在心房颤动患者健康管理中的应用进展
摘要：
心房颤动是导致脑卒中、心力衰竭、痴呆、猝死等发生的主要原因之一,具有较高的致残率和致死率。移动健康在心房颤动患者健康管理领域效果显著。该文介绍了移动健康的定义、形式及其在心房颤动患者健康管理中的应用,包括心房颤动筛查、风险评估、自我监测、健康教育、用药管理、危险因素干预6个方面,并对应用中存在的问题进行总结并提出建议,以期为国内开发专业化、高质量的心房颤动患者健康管理移动健康技术提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:
Atrial fibrillation is one of the main causes of stroke,heart failure,dementia and sudden death worldwide,with high rate of disability and mortality. Mobile health has a significant effect on the health management of patients with atrial fibrillation. This paper introduces the definition,form and application of mobile health in the health management of patients with atrial fibrillation,including atrial fibrillation screening,risk assessment,self-monitoring,health education,medication management and risk factor intervention. It also summarizes the existing problems and puts forward proposals,so as to provide references for the development of professional and high-quality mobile health technology for the health management of patients with atrial fibrillation in China.
