Unit2 Healthy Lifestyle
The greatest wealth is health.
——Virgil
The quote is from Virgil (70-19 BCE), an ancient Roman poet. Health and well-being are central to human happiness and prosperity. Today perhaps we mainly associate wealth" with money; someone who is wealthy" is rich. However, “wealth” has a deeper meaning than simply being rich. It means having something that people think is valuable. One can be very rich but not have much time for family or good physical and mental health. In fact, perhaps too much focus on money can be bad for one's health.
