重庆市某四所中小学学生心理健康状况 MHT 问卷调查分析# 宁源1，孔亚2，温茂霖2，王丽2，张玲2，张勇1，韩令力1，曾缓1，赵勇1** 5 （1. 重庆医科大学公共卫生与管理学院，重庆 400016； 2. 重庆医科大学第五学办，重庆 400016） 摘要：目的 了解重庆市中小学生的身心健康状况，为中小学生健康教育和心理咨询提供参 考依据。方法 采用华东师范大学周步成教授的《心理健康诊断测验》（MHT）量表，采 用随机整群抽样方法，抽取重庆市某两所小学（五年级和六年级）和两所中学（初中一年级 10 15 和二年级），共 20 个班级的 796 名同学进行问卷调查，分析身心健康状况，及其在性别与 年级之间的关联性。 结果 符合条件的 741 学生中，存在明显心理健康问题（得分≥65 分） 的学生检出率为 1.2%，各分项中学习焦虑表现最为明显，检出率为 26.6%；学习焦虑分项 女生显著高于男生，且差异具有统计学意义（X2=12.36，P=0.0004）；在学习焦虑和自责倾 向与年级的相关性中，初中生的焦虑明显高于其小学生，学习焦虑（X2=13.74，P=0.001）、 自责倾向（X2=16.60，P=0.0002）和过敏倾向（X2=8.05，P=0.0179），其差异均具有统计 学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论 重庆市中小学生身心健康状况总体情况较好，其中学习焦虑较 其他焦虑相对明显；女生更容易出现的学习焦虑；初中生比小学更容易焦虑。 关键词：身心健康；MHT；重庆市中小学生 中图分类号：R395.6 20 The Questionnaire Survey by MHT on the Physical and Mental Health of Primary and Secondary Students in Four 25 30 35 40 45 Schools in Chongqing NING Yuan1, KONG Ya2, WEN Maolin2, WANG Li2, ZHANG Ling2, ZHANG Yong1, HAN Lingli1, ZENG Huan1, ZHAO Yong1 (1. The fifth student office, Chongqing Medical University, ChongQing 400016) Abstract: Purpose This survey aims at finding out the physical and mental status of primary and secondary students in Chongqing and providing referential data for the health education and psychological consultation of primary and secondary students. Method The method used in this survey is Mental Health Test(MHT) by professor Zhou Bucheng in East China Normal University. 796 students in 20 classes, from two primary schools (the fifth and the sixth grade) and two secondary schools (the seventh and the eighth grade) in Chongqing, were questioned with random cluster sampling method to analyze their physical and mental status and the relation between sex and grade.
